It is formulated with passionflower and lavender, herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help calm the mind and soothe the nerves while relieving nervous tension and mental overactivity and reducing symptoms of stress and mild anxiety.

Active ingredients:

Directions:    
Adults - Take 2 tablets once a day. Maximum of 2 tablets per day.
