A hot or cold compress pillow to help relieve aches, pain and tension, whilst taking in the subtle aroma of lavender for ultimate relaxation.
INSTRUCTIONS
Use warm - to use a thermal pillow to help ease neck tension, stomach cramps or backache, place in a microwave for 25 seconds (do not overheat) or place on a radiator to gently warm before use.
Use cold – to use as a cold compress, wrap the pillow in a cloth and place in the freezer for 1-2 hours then place over the eye area and relax, this will help puffy eyes and eye and head tension.
